Injury Prevention

New here, new to PB! Loving it but keep getting Injured.

There is a good blog post on pre-invent webpage relating to injury prevention

Saw this only now (half a year later).
PLEASE don’t consider two minutes of dinking a “warm-up.” I’m a 4.0+ and MY pickleball buddies make wisecracks about my warming up … but I don’t get nearly as many injuries as they do. I do this routine – and add skipping rope about two straight minutes to this program.
